    Please give me the kick up the bum I need!

    Hi there. I've lost 4 stone before on Exante so I know it works and I can do it but 2 stone has crept back on ( over 3 years so not too bad). In going away in 7 weeks and need a bit of help to get my head around it again. I'm hoping to lose 20lbs for going away. Your support would be very much appreciated! Xxx

    Hello there!! Welcome! Good luck for you! You've made the hardest step already - you understood that you need to lose weight. So now just keep motivated and strong and you will achieve all of your goals!!
