On and off
As I'm probably being fed this Thursday I didn't want to start the diet and have to break it.
I'm trying a day on and a day off exante - like JUDDD but with 600 cals on the down days.
Anyone else got any experience of this and have you any idea how it compares weightloss wise?
After Thursday I may do exante 100% for a few weeks.
You will lose weight judddering but it is difficult to keep up...give it a go and see how you get on:)
Yeah, I had a look at at the JUDDD forum and it didn't really fill me with confidence. :s
