It's all in the title really, starting Monday need to shift 2st hopefully 2 and a half by mid aug, so 2 months. Going on hol with my bestie and want to look good in a bikini! Going to be so hard sticking to this but heard after 5 days it becomes easier? Need as much thinspiration as poss as only ever really eat out of bordom need to kick that habit straight away don't i!
 
How do you put ur bmi next to my weight in the title? Being a new member it doesn't allow me to do much or is that why it doesn't show? Thanks in advance :)

My goals are...
Start Monday, weigh Friday so I'm inspired for weekend! Then weight again following Monday and so forth

Goal 1 - lose 7lb
Goal 2 - lose 1st
Goal 3 - get into the 11's
Goal 4 - get through 1 month
Goal 5 - be low 11's
Goal 6 - get into the 10's
Goal 7 - be in low 10's by mid august for IBIZA!!
 
Took a picture today for my before pics. Can't post it yet as it is disgusting and will only post it once I'm half that size. It put me in a really bad mood actually, how have I let myself go so much boo hoo
 
Well just had my last supper and boy was it goooood. Roast pork dinner mmmmm.. Bye bye fatty food for a long while your bad for me but I'll miss you! X

Thanks TH, I know it's gonna be so hard esp being in my own office all day lonely. Just gotta keep tellin myself it's worth it. Can't wait for the energy buzz to kick in. How I long for that day 6/7 to come. Looking good in that costume btw. I can't bare the thought of getting out of bed today let alone go swimming! You are so inspiring, I'm gonna take it easy this week I'll even give up bp class I think, just want this burst of energy to come. Happy Mondayish lol xx
 
Right I'm going to get up, weigh myself then go for a black coffee yuk and iced water. Bet I've put more weight on and I'll be devastated. Great!!! X
 
Yep just as I thought :'( put on 4lb since last time I weighed which was last wed/thurs but it is nearly tomtm and I have ate loads this weekend . Oh well more determined now even thou that's so depressing to see that maybe I should of done first weigh in tomorrow after being on it a day

Brilliant news! I've just had my first shake 12pm prior to that I've had 3 black coffees and 2 pints of water! Been to and fro the toilet all morning lol.

I've had a shake at 12 then exante shepherds pie for lunch which looked gross but tasted yum. Tonight I'm going to have zero noodles ( 8 calories and zero fat and zero carbs) and a packet of exante red bean chilli. I think tomorrow I'll not have breakfast so that I can have half a bar mid afternoon and half a bar after dinner in the eve. Was hard this afternoon. Oh well day one nearly done and I've been 100% so proud! Are you just doing shakes then cas? Have you tried any of the other exante stuff? I don't think the shakes fill you up at all xx
