Anyone been on Exante on antidepressants (Prozac)?

I've been on antiD's since February 2014 and my mood is much better, just want to tackle the weight now, does anyone else take meds and been successful on Exante?

There are a few people who've taken ADs and done VLCDs.

Just be aware though that dieting can cause mood swings and low moods. Keep an eye on yourself!

If you start feeling low for more than a couple of days maybe have a small protein refeed type meal and see if it lifts your mood - no feeling like a failure though! Having a little break isn't failure.

    Good luck.
