Feeling faint And getting "whities" quite a bit today. Day 5 (or is it 6?) is this normal? I don't feel hungry any more and I think ketosis kicked in a couple of days ago. I don't think I'm under drinking, although I may have yesterday as was out and about frantically running after kids all day and didn't monitor my intake. But I generally sip all day. Could it be a deficiency of something for which I can trya supplement? Or is it just a "first week" thing?
I often feel faint on this diet. I'm usually ok again after I eat something.
Good to know I'm not unusual. I'm still feeling a bit "delicate". Even after having had my latest pack. We'll see how we go.
I get dizzy spells occasionally but normally wham I have left it too long between packs and haven't drank enough. A good old cup of tea or coffee usually sorts me out (all decaf though). It does gets easier the longer you stick with it xx
