I often feel faint on this diet. I'm usually ok again after I eat something.

Aaaand... I am back again up at over 12 bloody stones!! I was down to ten something a few months ago! How can this be so hard?
Good to know I'm not unusual. I'm still feeling a bit "delicate". Even after having had my latest pack. We'll see how we go.
I get dizzy spells occasionally but normally wham I have left it too long between packs and haven't drank enough. A good old cup of tea or coffee usually sorts me out (all decaf though). It does gets easier the longer you stick with it xx
