    Back again, Ive popped up more times than a jackinthebox!

    Hi all,

    Here we go again, day 2 and so far so good, headaches already but could be weather also, I want to lose a total of 2.5 stone, a realistic goal this time as I lost 3st on LL in 8 weeks and basically I went too far. So if anybody wants to join me and chat and whinge and celebrate, please do so. xx

    Gutted! last night went to see daughters wedding venue with the grooms mother and the groom and daughter, I was picked up and what was supposed to be there, see and back turned into going to a pub which the rooms were booked out for guests and the suggestion, lets have dinner, I wasn't prepared for it, so after being bullied to eat, I ordered small fillet steak and literally mixed green salad leaves with a few slices of cucumber, I know I am not out of ketosis but that's not the point, I wasn't prepared for it

    So first weigh tomo, couldn't resist a weigh this morn and although its ok, nothing like 5yrs ago when did LL, but will add tomo on weigh day, pains and headaches have gone which is good, don't feel hungry, good again, without wishing my life away at my age, wish it was 8 weeks forward and at goal (Hopefully with fingers crossed)!, OK so goodbye ME and see you tomo with results, ta ta
