I had my gallbladder removed the beginning of May and so far only seem to have problems after eating ice cream. I tried 2 exante shakes on Thursday and within an hour they had upset my tummy and I was rushing to the loo.
anyone ever used exante after a gallbladder removal ? Any tips on keeping it in? I'm presuming an hour isn't long enough to absorb the calories/vitamins etc
