My partner & I have managed to pile on the pounds together over the past few years and are about to start exante total solutions, packs arrived today!
Trying to decide if would be better to start together so that nobody is eating normal food to tempt or if that could mean us both being hungry/grouchy for few days & therefore maybe better to stagger the start?
I have done TS lipotrim before but was 8yrs ago now so can't remember how it was pre-ketosis.
