    Starting 10/8/14

    Hi all,
    I have started today. Lots to lose but really enjoyed the shakes - still got 3rd to go but feeling really determined. Also got my mum doing the 5:2 version and having Exante products on her 2 days off work each week, started today also.
    I would just like to be able to keep up with my dog at agility would be good!
    Don't have a goal weight as such either - healthy BMI takes me somewhere around 12 stone I think so that is my ultimate aim but think for now I shall just take it a stone at a time, if I can lose a stone or 2 by 18th October we have our 21st anniversary band concert that I will be taking part in and don't really go to practices so I guess perhaps that will be my first goal.
    12 stone seems an awful long way away at the moment - 6 and a half stone away so guess realistically my aim will be this time next year to be 12 stone .

    Thank you all. Day 3 and can't quite believe how easy it has been!!!
    Not hungry in the slightest. Water going down a treat, 3 shakes done and dusted without a 2nd thought - even though it was one of my residents birthdays today so there was fairy cakes to share around this morning and chocolate birthday cake as I was leaving at teatime. There was also Bourbons in the biscuit tin when I helped hand out afternoon tea which is my favourite!
    I do have a fantastic staff team though and everyone of them know that I am doing a milkshake and chocolate bar diet but every one has been nothing but supportive - I have about 25 staff so am very lucky.
    The only thing I can say is that I have been cold all day yesterday and today and have really sore lips this evening but didn't think that would've been in ketosis that quickly so guessing its just colder today - although staff were moaning about how hot they were all day, whilst I sat in a cardigan

    I was in ketosis in 3 days and feel cold most of the time but then I do when I'm not dieting! I have a heater on at work even now lol

    Really enjoying it all now. not hungry at all, loving my products - I only have shakes and double choc bars. Have found cherry coke zero which is great and just really determined and in the right head space at the moment.
