Exercise Question!

Afternoon all,

I have been on Exante for about 8 weeks now and lost 58lbs (maybe more, I haven't weighed yet this week!). I have been walking quite a bit to help with the weight loss, but I would like to add in something else a few days a week. Can anyone adise on what would be good?

I was lookng at the Jillian Michael 20 minute 30 day shred thingy. Has anyone tried it? I am off to Orlando in 44 days and would like to lose as much as possible in that time, but also work on my fitness.

Ive done it, it's really good. There's 3 levels but I've never stayed with it long enough to get off level one. (Kids and bad back get in my way) The results in upping your fitness and burning fat are supposed to be fast though
