I might make an omelette with a sprinkling of cheese, or even fry-up a bit of quorn with green veg. We shall see. This used to be the norm on Cambridge Diet and it sometimes boosted losses for the week after! It also, I suspect, helps to protect the metabolism. Low carb protects your ketosis! Good luck x
