Hey,

I did cambridge for a while and managed to lose two stone but the bars were horrendous and i soon got fed up of the shakes. So I thought I'd try exante and my god i do love the bars. I'm just a bit confused. Am I able to have a bar for each of my 'meals' or do I have to have a shake at some point? I have my dress fitting for my wedding in March and want to lose as much as possible so don't want to screw it up!!

Hi piggly,

Welcome! You can have any combination of packs that you like, so if you want all bars that is fine to do. Whatever works best! All that is advised is that if you have all bars, make sure you drink a bit more water.

Good luck and congratulations on your engagement! Must be very excited for the wedding. :)

OOh have they changed this? When I first tried it (a couple of years ago) it was max of 1 bar a day. Handy to know for days out when really not practical to make shakes!

The bars are higher in carbs and calories so I guess a limit of one per day might be 'better' but if you love them - and I sure do! - and you can stick to the diet more easily with 2 or 3 bars daily then why not? Enjoy! x

They changed the 'rules' a while ago.

:)

Hi. I'm on Cambridge I've lost 2 stone and I'm feeling like u. Getting fed up with the shakes I'm finding it boring and I don't know what to do. Anyone else go from Cambridge to exante I know it's a lot cheaper.

Hi Berry,

Make the change, the bars and porridge is amazing on Exante and the gooey chocolate pudding is immense and intense!

Im going from cambridge to exante. I lost 15lb in 3 weeks on cambridge, but with the massive lack in choice of food, i got really bored and went mad eating.
Also, the price aswell, i cant believe how much cheaper this works out. Especially with the deals they do.
I places my first order today and cant wait for it to arrive

Hi

I have also done Cambridge daw years ago and definitely prefer exante as has so much more choice. Although I do tend to stick to the same everyday as just buy the winter warmer lack plus a box of 50 vanilla shakes to have with coffee (tastes like a latte so yummy)! Xx
