Delivery problems?

I ordered my packs on Friday and paid for express delivery to recieve them Saturday I had to message them twice before I got a reply saying they stopped my order at warehouse due to a problem and if they can't get it to me will refund! I'm relying on them as I only have a few days worth of older packs to be started with anyone else had any problems? Thanks Kelly xx
