Getting disheartened about all these huge losses

Hi all!

Is there anyone out there who didn't lose more than 5lbs in their first week?
I had a BMI of 31 when I started and need to lose around 2 stone to bring it under 25.
I'm 4'11, 150 pound and size UK 10-12 so I'm not expecting huge losses in my first week, but I'm feeling really down when I'm hearing people complaining about "oh only lost 10lbs". To me that would be more than great, but I'm feeling like I'm doing a bad job.
I'm on day 5 and had a sneaky peak at the scales and so far have lost 4lbs which I think is amazing. I've stuck to it so far with only water as drink and 1 cup of peppermint tea.

Anyway just wanted to hear from fellow Exante people who have less than 2 stone to lose

The first week is mostly water weight...

4lb is good...don't lose heart as you are right on track... how the weight comes off is unique to everyone but normally on total food replacement works out between 9lb to 14lb a month on average...some lose more especially men and women who are over 5ft. 7in.
