Hi

I was wondering if there's anyone who started this month that wanted to sort of buddy up and motivate each other?

I started on 4th March at 13.1 and am currently 12.8. My goal is to get to 10.0 by June and then ultimately 9....although I'm unsure yet if the last stone will be using exante.

It's be great if there's anyone else who started at the same time who fancies spurring each other on! And any tips from anyone who's been around longer would be appreciated!

I started today. I'd like to lose a stone and because I'm uber impatient, I'd like to lose it as soon as possible!

So day 1... I had a toffee, fruit and nut bar thing for breakfast. It was vaguely edible so that's ok. And for lunch I had a toffee caramel shake. I made it up with double the water and whizzed it up in my nutribullet and it was very nice - thick and frothy which is far preferable to thin and watery.

Not sure about what to have for my final 'meal.' Another shake I think - although I'd like to eat three bars a day as a preference! I think I'll go for the raspberry and white chocolate shake.

I ordered 60 products for 60 quid, all shakes and bars because I dislike soups and meals. I plan to eat three products a day... Does that sound about right?

How are you getting on?

I will join your thread if thats ok.. restarted Exante recently at 13s 1 - havent had a 1st weigh in just yet im planningto do that on 23/03.

We have similar start weigh and goal... Just got to stick with the 3 packs and hydrated with plenty of water to flush us out...

Hope your getting on ok.

Gretagrip, I think exante do two plans, one is 4 packs a day and one is 3. If you're planning on doing total solutions and have the 3 pack a day food then that sounds right. But you should double check the website and make sure you're in the right plan for your bmi/what you want to loose etc

How have the last few days been for you both?

Have you tried any of the new products. There are loads more since I did it last time. I had one of the pizzas the other day...it wasn't like a pizza but was actually good!

It's my week two weigh in tomorrow. I started at 13.1 and yesterday was down to 12.8. I'm hoping when I get on the scales in the morning it'll be 12.7. Have to keep putting it in to perspective as I feel like I'm losing slowly this time round :(

Can you feel your weight loss yet?? I really can't. Just need to stick with this!

a potential 8lbs in a fortnight is a good loss - that's be 16lbs in four weeks if you followed the same pattern which is decent. I know what you mean though - we just expect to see a stone gone every other day!

Day 3 dawns for me today. I just ordered 60 mixed products but only went for bars and shakes so I've been having a combination of those. I actually like them - the shakes are pretty good! I felt a bit light headed and shaky yesterday evening so fingers crossed I feel a bit brighter today

I will probably have a sneaky peek at the scales this morning. I started at 11 stone and Id like to be just a touch under 10 by the time I finish.

The pizza sounds ... Interesting?

It's been ok.. Had sim boiled eggs and ham last night after gym..

Will be 100% today as no gym

I feel better in myself just hope I get a loss on Monday!

How did u get on today?
 
If u work out they say add a teeny protien meal on the days u work out, to feed ur muscles, am sure you'll be fine crazylady :) x
 
Hi. I started on Saturday. Finding it really hard. Yesterday (day5) I thought I had finally gotten through the hard start but today I am almost ready to eat my entire kitchen! hope everyone is doing well. X
 
Ahh sounds like we're all getting the food cravings at the moment!!

I would kill for a (non exante) pizza. Or some hummus...or cheese.

No luck on the scales this morning, still 12.8 but you're right greta...I need to look at the bigger picture!

I had a lemon bar, a cookie bar and the sweet and sour pack today. All pretty decent but I'm starving now. I thought keypads fixed that?!

Ohh how come? I thought it was ok, although I'd probably warm it for less time than recommended as it wasn't that gooey!
 
Well done!!!! That's amazing. Good motivation to keep going!

After my cheat day im back at 12.8....I'll take that :) 100% today so far and I'm not hungry!

Only just seen this thread :)

I restarted 1st march at 13st1.2lbs.
Have so far lost 15lbs to date so will see if I lose anymore by the end of the month. Am out this weekend so as I will be drinking will make myself a grilled chicken salad I think.

How is everyone else getting along? Xx
