Right I have to get myself into gear i have 14 weeks until my holiday and will be ordering Exante tomorrow as PAYDAY!!!! so my aim is to lose 2lb a week for the holibobs which makes a loss of nearly 2 stone. Is it possible to loss 2 lbs every week or should I be looking at 1lb a week.

I am a little aprehensive about it as not done a VLCD before and gonna miss my food, but its that thinking that got me into this position and now I need to relearn my eating habits and be more healthy for not just myself but for my daughter as well.

Any pointers to help with the starting weeks will be appreciated.
