Hi all

Just started on Exante today. Got a fair whack to lose (about 8 stone). Did Lighterlife a few yers ago and lost 4 stone in 12 weeks but didn't stick to it, so piled it all back on again and then some!!!
However, I am am giving this a go so will see how I go.

i just have a couple of questions that you lovely people can probably help me with:

Do you find it is best to weigh every day or just once a week? I guess its motiviational if you see it going down each day but then I am sure that some days it might stay the same, so would it be better to just weig once a week??

What is the deal with skinny pasta and noodles. Can you have these as extra on total solution plus? Has anyone actually tried then and are they any good?

heres hoping that I can have soem degree of success with this!!!

Hey :) Welcome and good luck. You really will get so much support here, minimins is amazing :)

With weighing, it really depends on the individual. For the first week weighing each day can be really motivational like you say, as you can drop 1/2 to 2 lbs in a day. But as it starts to slow, it can be disheartening for some people. I go through phases of whether I weigh daily or weekly and just be sensible with my reactions. I didn't lose anything this week but I had days off so it's to be expected.

I don't know anything about the skinny products tho i'm afraid x
 
Thanks for the response Biz. I only asked about the Skinny products because it mentioned them om the website. I'll do a bit more research to see what I can find out.

i'll probably weigh myself most days as I am too impatient - lol!!

Never had the noodles so can't help there, sorry. Re the weighing every day thing, you'll probably find what works for you by experimenting a bit. Just to let you know this that I once had an 11 day stay-the-same while following the plan 100%, no extras, no cheating. :eek: Longest 11 days of my life, LOL :) But I then had a 6 pound drop in the following week. That's how it goes sometimes!

Hope the first few days pass quickly and relatively painlessly! At least having done this before you know what to expect!
 
Hello and welcome! I have about 9 stone to lose, but initially want to shed two stone to get into my wedding dress.

Unfortunately, I do not know anything about the skinny products, trying to keep it simple at the mo!
