Total Solution Lemon & Raspberry shake? URGH!!!

So I just completed day 2..

Had a lemon and raspberry shake as i thought it would be nice - what the hell is in it?! It was so salty it made me gag! I've read on here that the Mousakka was rank but it was a million times better than that nasty shake!

Doing ok - not starving or anything but I am craving very sweet food. I keep reminding myself that those 'treats' were making me fat and unhappy so I need to take a bit of time out to get my weight under control again. In this time I should think about what my body needs rather than what the food tastes like. A break from food will hopefully make me appreciate good healthy food again!

How is everyone else doing??
 
Hey, that shake's not bad! Takes a bit if getting used to, mind ;)

Just had the ham, mushroom and pasta soup - actually thought it was quite nice! Would happily have them for lunch every day.

When I last did this, there wasn't half as much choice. It was a couple of bars, shakes and soups. I picked just the shakes and they were rank. I only lasted 5 days! I struggled as I never felt like I was actually having anything filling and i missed chewing. This time round theres loads to choose from! Pancakes are yum! I even stomached the dreaded Mousakka! Choc shakes have improved from last time massively - they were way too creamy before they made me gag!

Just hope I don't give in to cravings now..
