I have PCOS which I have all the problem with this is the light's I been since 2003 and started to ovulate again which is fantastic as this hasn't happened for about 4 years. For people i haven't met, my name is Christina  mummy to Megan 16 months. Shes a cardiac baby so the last few years have been tough. <br />

But back on the diet since 26th February 2013, and lost 22lbs.<br />
<br />
Lets get the rest shifted. If anyone wants a weigh loss buddy please just let me know. <br />

I'm trying to get some things on my phone to keep me going and as I'm not far of target maintenance is my big issue I'm actually terrified of eating again and knowing what to make etc I'm great at baking (bad for me) and my hubby is one of those people that could eat everything out the fryer and still be slim. <br />
However on a Sunday, I was craving a cooked breakfast...  So I did the kids sausage, bacon &amp; egg sandwiches, and just had the sausage, bacon (fat trimmed) &amp; an egg...  But also made a hybrid roast (chicken, plus veg for me, and chips &amp; baked beans for them)...  I'm meant to be on SS+.. not SS+++++++!!!  lol!<br />
<br />
I love drinking, so I'm really pleased with myself for resisting that, but why oh why did I have to have 2 meals today!????<br />
<br />
I only have 2 weeks of 'operation bikini' left, have lost just over a stone in 4 weeks (had done it in 2 weeks, but then last week wasn't good (+2lbs), although I have lost it again this week).<br />

Why am I ok when I am challenged sometimes, but not ok others?! x<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

U had no idea it would be do bad and have just picked and picked at it all day until its done :(. Don't know why I did this as my weigh in is tomorrow ????  Anyone else having the same problem<br />

During the last few years I have done WW, SW &amp; Atkins but seem to lose my way - I lead a very stressful busy life !! I am in Italy at mo on hols and although I have lost 18 inches and got down to 12.1 since feb with 3 PT sessions and 3 spin classes a week I hoped I'd look better than I do. I am food phobic when it comes to salad and veg so I always struggle with diets and have tried every slimming tablet going but always struggle with the healthy eating side of things as it requires massive amounts of time I don't have to prepare healthy foods. I'm 95% sure I'm gonna start Lipotrim on Friday - I land Thursday and will head straight to chemist. I have had all my bloods checked for hormones, thyroid etc but it just seems that no matter how much effort I put in exercise and diet wise I just don't loose weight. My husband is ALWAYS saying &quot; I just don't get it - all your doing and your not really losing &quot; all I have to show for my efforts is that he has witnessed everything I've done and is totally shocked that I'm not even a stone down. My main problem area is round my waist. Does anyone have any idea why I'm like this and do you think Lipotrim is my best way forward ? Many thanks in advance x<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

Serves 3<br />
<br />
<u><b>Ingredients:</b></u><br />
<br />
4 chicken breasts<br />
1 pack sausages (you can use any type you prefer)<br />
4 cheese triangles<br />
1 pack of smoked bacon. (6 to 8 slices)<br />
Fry light<br />
<br />
<u><b>Steps:</b></u><br />
<br />
<b>1)</b> Preheat the oven to 180 (fan assisted oven)<br />
<b>2)</b> Spray a casserole dish with Fry light<br />
<b>3)</b> Flatten the chicken breasts, either by pounding or butterflying them.<br />
<b>4)</b> Place 2 breasts in the dish filling the bottom of the dish (layer 1)<br />
<b>5) </b>Slice the sausages and crumble the sausage meat on top of the chicken (layer 2)<br />
<b>6)</b> Crumble the cheese triangles onto the sausage meat (layer 3)<br />
<b>7)</b> Place the 2 remaining chicken breasts in the dish (layer 4)<br />
<b>8)</b> Remove all fat from the bacon and place on top of the chicken (layer 5)<br />
<b>9)</b> Cover the dish with foil<br />
<b>10)</b> Bake in the oven for about 1 hour<br />
<b>11)</b> Remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes<br />
<br />
Syn the cheese and sausage meat! I made mine with cheese from our HEA and used Linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausages to make it syn free!<br />

I have a fair amount of weight to lose but for now I have set myself a goal of 40lb. I get married in 3 months, and I know around this weight my face looks a lot slimmer, and I know although I will still be a 'big' bride I will be a lot happier looking back at my wedding pictures losing this weight!<br />
<br />
The only downside will be the alterations on my dress, but I am sure if I make my goal I won't mind the added expense :)<br />
<br />

This week I am going through EVERY different S&amp;S pack and I WILL find something that I like. I should have done that in the first place, but I just wasn't in the right frame of mind. I've had a hectic, stressful month and I think that made it even more difficult to start this diet, but I'm ready now.<br />

I'm trying to lose some weight before start 2nd cycle of IVF in june, wasn't getting anywhere with SW so have decided to give WW a go-though have left it a bit late and should have started this months ago!<br />

Hoping this week I manage to lose something :( <br />

<div><!-- google_ad_section_start -->I've been attempting slimming world (again) for a couple of weeks and I have really struggled, I just find it too restrictive because I'm such a fussy eater. I have done weight watchers before but to be honest never given it my all, I used the excuse that I hated pointing everything up and I do but well but at least I can have what ever I want just smaller quantities which has got to be better than living off pasta, cheese and beans. <br />
So I signed up online on Monday night and I have lost 6lbs so far :D I have 51 points a day so at the moment I'm finding things rather easy, I'm working on little changes, Like 1 sandwich and a nana for lunch rather then 2 and a bag of crisps. <br />
<br />
Whatever diet I do Its going to be a very long journey so may as well do one I get to eat what I enjoy.<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

Well I have a wedding to attend on June 22nd and really don't want to be a fattie like I was at the last wedding I attended :mad: <br />
<br />
First week went really well and lost 8lbs, this week however has been more of a struggle. Feel more hungry, still drinking plenty of water and i've done more exercise this week (walking and generally on the go) but don't feel as though I have lost much. :confused:<br />
<br />
Had bit of toilet issue but took a dulcolax which seem to help 24 hrs later but think I could do with another but don't want to take when I have work tomorrow so may have to wait till wed night.<br />
<br />
Generally not feeling as positive this week but will see what tue wi and measurements are, do hope I feel more positive tomorrow else this is going to be a looong journey!!!!<br />
<br />
Goal is to lose 4st overall.<br />
1st goal is to get out of 15's and into 14's<br />
2nd goal is to be at least 14st 7lbs by 22nd June - is this reasonable???<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

If possible I'd love the option to include music files and a calendar and to-do list. At the moment I save all these on my hard drive and access them separately. I suppose I could print out stuff and stick into a scrapbook/book/folder, but as I love using the computer I'd prefer a digital solution. I've trawled thro the net and can't find anything that supports all the above. Maybe I'm chasing an elusive dream, but for the first time in my life I'm really losing weight and want to record the journey.<br />
