I've been on atkins for 6 weeks<br />
I'm 20<br />
Starring weight - 14st 11<br />
Current weight - 13st 5<br />
<br />
For the past 2 weeks I've been 13st 5 even moving up a bit! <br />
<br />
I've been running for 30-60 mins each night (depends how tired I am) <br />
<br />
Could it be due to the excessive amount of running I do? <br />
<br />
I have a very clean diet, under 10g carbs a day and normally lower. Am I eating too few carbs? <br />
<br />
Also I love coke zero, however the first few weeks I lost loads of weight and drank coke zero loads so surely it can't be stalling me<br />
Now?<br />
<br />
Any help would be appreciated! I won't quit as I feel great but would like to know!<br />

   Back on the atkins, after a couple of months off the diet. Totally motivated now, due to looking through the inspiration thread. Atkins is by far the easiest diet I have ever done, and infact whilst on the Atkins I always feel the best I've ever felt.<br />
   I originally started off at 12 stone 10 - this dates back to April last year when I started on the Exante diet, lasted less than a week - and then moved onto the Atkins (best move ever). Over the past year, I have been flitting on and off the Atkins, but in total have managed to lose a grand total of 4 stone, 3lb. I feel so much healthier than I ever have done before - and the comments and compliments I now receive are an added bonus!<br />
  Anyway, back on the diet for a month or so now, to get down to goal weight of around 8 stone, so that I have leeway for when I go to Turkey. I would also like to do some excercise to tone up (preferably at home), does anyone have any suggestions please?(particularly for thighs and tummy)<br />

I have stuck to induction rigidly, kept the cheese/cream consumption right down, had no sf jelly or anything like that, nothing with sweetener in.  Plus i still feel rubbish, really lethargic.  im in ketosis as i show trace/small on the sticks.<br />

I have been able to lose 2lb a week every week on WW so far this year, so as you can imagine im coming close to giving up, so any words on encouragement would be greatly appreciated.<br />

I am obv going wrong somewhere but I am not sure where.  <br />

I was basically eating cuts of meat with green veg (keeping below 25g carb a day) and a little cheese and one cup of decaf with cream a day, I am not a great fan of chicken and turkey so tend to lean towards steak, mince, lamb and pork, hardly any lamb though.  I stalled for a while so changed everything.  I don't have cheese anymore, I rarely have the cream.  The only things I do eat is occasionally cured meat, chorizo etc....  <br />
<br />
I don't really seem to be losing at all really.  On MFP it looks like I am eating average 1500 cal per day, maybe 100g fat per day but the sodium can be quite high on some days.  I thought I could be retaining water but surely you can't retain more and more water every single day?!  Where does it all go?!  <br />
<br />
If anyone could give me any advice that would be great, I am starting to lose faith and thinking about having to go back to a VLCD :(<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

For those who dont know me, i found minimins &amp; atkins jan11 and hit goal early 2012. Toned up and lost a bit more during 2012 and gave up tracking cals/carbs mid 2012 while living low carb long term.<br />

Now - we still live low carb but i dont count anything and eat whenever hungry or fancy something. Hanging in a teensy bit above where id like to be but very happy:) I drink too much wine but try not to during week during term. I have a soft spot for sf chocs but generally few to no &quot;frankenfoods&quot; except mama lupes lo carb tortillas as my go to sandwich lunch soln. Dont bother with mims &amp; we rarely bother to make substitutes of anything<br />
<br />
Now to my point - my tastebuds have changed! Even when i taste hubbys desserts i think they are too sweet. Sweeteners are worse. Today i decided to have a 1 inch square of what i know are the best brownies in the world (have had previously)....not only was it not good enough, it was yuck. So sweet. In fact 15 mins later i was moaning to hubby and had to eat a little cheese to get the taste of sugar out of my mouth. I'm still a choccie addict - hubby made very dark high % choc cream truffles &amp; i religiously have 1 a night:D It's the sugar that's yucky.<br />
<br />
Sitting here after a large yummy bbq steak with brocolli &amp; creamy parmesan cauli mash, lots of red wine &amp; very full....<br />
So the moral of the story is stick with avoiding the sugar and your taste buds DO change:)<br />

Ive been gaining weight and im at my al time high of 14.5 st feel so fed up with myself so gotta sort myself out for good. Ive done Liptrim in the past and have some shales left so im gonnna use these up over the next week then go straight onto atkins (I cant afford all the food untill I get paid).  I need some support/ and would love to hear how much everyone is losing each week.  Ive been lokking at all the recipes and they look great so cant think of any reason not to do this and get rid of 4.5 stones so I can live my life again.<br />
