I managed to complete nearly five weeks of the TFR diet and lose a total of 1 stone and 3lb.<br />
<br />
I fell of the waggon three weeks ago and have put on 5lb so after a week of battling I've decided to re join WW.<br />
<br />
I know the diet works for I just need to stay focus and have the patience to reach my goal.<br />
<br />

<div><!-- google_ad_section_start -->I've been attempting slimming world (again) for a couple of weeks and I have really struggled, I just find it too restrictive because I'm such a fussy eater. I have done weight watchers before but to be honest never given it my all, I used the excuse that I hated pointing everything up and I do but well but at least I can have what ever I want just smaller quantities which has got to be better than living off pasta, cheese and beans. <br />
So I signed up online on Monday night and I have lost 6lbs so far :D I have 51 points a day so at the moment I'm finding things rather easy, I'm working on little changes, Like 1 sandwich and a nana for lunch rather then 2 and a bag of crisps. <br />

Whatever diet I do Its going to be a very long journey so may as well do one I get to eat what I enjoy.<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

I am a newbie to the forum... I am a busy mother of 2 boys &amp; a full time NHS student. <br />

This is one of many attempts to cut the post pregnancy tum (my youngest is 2 and a half) and lose 3 stone. I started weight watchers online on Monday, I thought being able to manage my food diary online and search for recipes might help me. Day 1 was fine... I didn't even really feel like I was dieting but had planned my whole day and it worked well. I have also planned today and had my breakfast... had 2 pieces of fruit and some water and I am really fighting hard to not go and snack on things that will take me totally off plan for the reast of the day. I can't use the weekly points as they are saved for a friends wedding this weekend...  Any tips? <br />

I am a reletively new member to the forums, I registered my account a little while ago but not really posted.  I was wondering what the capacity of the scales are at the weight watchers meetings. I ask this is as I am very overweight and I don't want to go and break them.<br />

<div><!-- google_ad_section_start -->hi there ive just rejoined ww , i did it before a few years ago lost three stone but have since out at least half of that back on , silly i know but i relaxed way too much! i now want to lose two stone to get back in my size 8 jeans etc , i have a wedding to go to in july and hoping thsi will spur me on ! i dont get much time to do much exercise i walk to school etc with my boys but its only bout  A twenty minute walk, also they both walk mega slow lol! i have bought hannah watermans dvd off ebay so am gonna start doing this either before work if i can fit it in or in the evenings! any advice would be great i have 26 pp a day to spend and at the mo i think im not eating right atuff as feel pretty hungry! if anyone wants to buddy up wuld be  good too my weigh in is on a friday i am just doing it from home tho =] xxxx<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

I like slimming world but it's slow and at some point I'm going to need something a bit more precise. Weight watchers seems pretty sensible to me so my plan is to change over at some point.  <br />
