<div><!-- google_ad_section_start -->Hi all, I started low carbing at the end of march and found that if I cut out carbs I cut out my binges.  I caved in for a full week and ate 6000-7000 a day for a few days during binge.<br />

Anyway I started back on low carb 8 days ago  carb/fat/protein 10/70/20  using mfp.  The problem is that I am starving!!  I have lost 2lb this week which is great but prob only water.  I have really stuck to it but dont feel that I am in ketosis, especially with this hunger.<br />

So, I completely lost on carbs. I realised I'm eating a lot of them, or I was, so I am cutting down. But I have no idea how many I should be eating...<br />

Are carbs 'bad' as such, or is cutting them down just a way to lose weight?<br />
<br />
How many should I have? <br />
<br />
