Hiya - does anyone know if we can have these? A few of the ribena plus range don't have citric acid (not the ready made ones tho) Here are the ingredients:
Fruit Juices from Concentrate 6% (Raspberry (2%), Apple (4%)), Malic Acid, Flavourings, Calcium Hydroxide, Vitamin C, Extracts of Blackcurrant and Carrot, Sweeteners (Aspartame, Acesulfame K), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Bisulphite), Colour (Anthocyanins). Contains a source of Phenylalanine

Also the tesco diet cream soda looks ok to me - does anyone know if we can have it?
Carbonated Water,Flavouring (contains Vanilla Extract) ,Lactic Acid ,Stabiliser (Quillaia Extract) ,Preservative (Potassium Sorbate) ,Sweetener (Sucralose)

Hi. I'm absolutely unsure on how these diets work as the websites I have viewed are pretty vague. But I'm interested in either the lipotrim diet or exante. The exante is cheaper which is an incentive however lipotrim is just shakes which would be ideal. Or does anyone know any other diet that just does shakes and is cost effective. Do these shakes contain fibre and if you're just having liquids will you not need a number 2. Also, how do you reintroduce food back into your diet when you want to go back to eating healthy solid foods?? I'm unsure on that part as you don't want to ruin all that hard work when you return to a healthy diet. Does it work as in when you decide you have reached your target you can resume to eat solid foods, but obviously healthily and to exercise. My job involves me to be quite active during the day for 8 hours running from here to there in a warehouse, so will a low calorie diet affect me, as i don't want to feel light headed or faint or anything. As you can tell I need educating in these types of diet, so can anyone help. Thanks

Hi all, not had good losses for a while... and lots of gains so was looking at trying a vlcd

Boots sell off the shelf, celebrity slim meal replacements... are they any good?

They're £25 for a week but boots have an offer on where the second item is half price so two weeks are £37, less that one week of lipotrim which I think is cheapest

Need a boost and two weeks might do it!

I'm currently doing Slim and Save and have done Exante in the past with great success. I've put a bit back on so am trying to get some back off before my holidays.

Now I love the Slim and Save meals but am not so keen on the shakes and soups. I much prefer the Exante shakes and soups so was thinking about ordering a pack of both after my holidays - that is, a pack of Exante and some Slim and Save meals and some bars.

I know theres the problem of Slim and Save having either 4 packs or 3 with a protein meal. But I'm sure if I sit down and work the calories and carbs out I can come to a compromise.

I was just wondering if anyone else had done this. I know some substitute Tesco bars for Exante bars but wondered if anyone had gone further.

Afternoon all. l've just signed up with Alizonne, had my bloods done yesterday and have my first combined treatments tomorrow. Can anyone give me any pointers/tips about the sachets? l haven't eaten meat for years, don't like curry/spicy stuff, and l'm a bit worried about getting bored and losing motivation. l've seen a few comments that some of the sachets are disgusting (ie tomato soup) and that others seem to be universally popular (hot chocolate). Any helpful ideas very gratefully received!!
Cheers Kath :)
