Then have up smoke in Jan and have gone up to 11st 13 back to 11st5, up and back a few times since Jan. At present I'm on 11st13 :( I really don't want to keep gaining and gaining.<br />

i think My main problem is I have been doing a lot of nights lately in work. I'm a nurse usually work three long days a week and alternate week to week nights and days. At the moment I have done though 4 nights of weeks in a row. Food wise I struggle with the nights I just feel like I want to eat everything :(<br />

<div><!-- google_ad_section_start -->Well I started rc in jan 13 decided I was not going to beat myself up if there was a meal out, party etc and I would enjoy myself and not worry about what I would eat. However I promised I wouldn't pig out and be greedy. I would then get back on the diet the following day.  Well I started at 18 stone and now I am 16 stone and yes I have been out quite a bit and have put on weight. I have not however fretted about the weight gain as I am in this for the long haul.  I still go to class on the weeks I know I will put on weight coz who am I kidding by not going, plus it gives me an incentive to ensure I lose weight the following week. I have another 4 stone to lose to until I'm 11 stone and at 5'2 that is still fat but I am happy at that weight. Moral of the story don't beat yourself up about stuff as Scarlett o'hara said 'tomorrow is another day'<!-- google_ad_section_end --></div>

I have been doing a VLCD for 2 weeks and shifted some weight but need to get on a healthy plan so have started the Rosemary Conley plan and all going well so far.<br />
<br />
Would defo not recommend the vlcd, I have lost muscle and not fat whilst doing it and things are not looking very good!  I have started my weights, squats and bike riding no I am on the RC diet and feeling much better.<br />
<br />
How is everyone else finding the RC plan?  <br />

We (daughter and myself) went for a weigh in a day early as it fitted in nicely with visiting hours.  I have lost 5.5 lbs this week - can't believe it!<br />
<br />
I have upped the exercise this week - well anything is an improvement on the couch potato that I was before. I have had to walk the dogs (usually his job) and also cut the grass with the push mower which wore me out but at least the grass looks presentable again.<br />
<br />
How is everyone else doing?  I am soo pleased with the results that I will create a proper signature now :D<br />
<br />
Hope you all have a lovely weekend - I am playing nursie to hubby and getting hair cut, I fancy a whole new style now to go with the whole new me!<br />

I'm converting over from SW. Although I've lost 3 stone with SW I feel I need something stricter and having done RC before I know it works and with great results so I have emailed the instructor and I'm joining up Wednesday night :-) <br />
Looking forward to getting this weight shifted and just brought the magazine too.<br />
I'm really looking forward to going back to the RC way of things and knowing I can lose this weight. So hello everyone hope you are all doing well on this diet :-D<br />
