Rep Power: 0 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | In all fairness after doing the Biggest Loser for the past two months I am beginning to tire of it a little, so maybe a completely different routine is what I need as a form of shake up. I plan on doing the DVD 4 days of the week and going to the gym for half an hour on the other 3. I do love my exercise. I have a target to loose 7lbs in March, lets see if I can achieve! |

Rep Power: 10 ![]() ![]() Diet: W8 as need to lose so I can TTC!!! Height: 5' 1" Start Date: Not soon enough! Start Weight: 213lb Current Weight: 204lb Goal Weight: 133lb Goal Date: ASAP as always! BMI Information: Start BMI: 40.2 Current BMI: 38.5 Goal BMI: 25.1 Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 9lb Weight to Lose: 71lb % Lost 4.23% | Shelz, I find any of the davina DVD's great fun and worth looking on ebay as you'll get them cheap there. Plenty of variety of workouts just on the one disc. Your weight is already a bit on the low side and you still want to lose another 7lbs??? Be careful you don't do too much, our bodies are fine tuned machines and will only take so much punishment before they start to complain. Wouldn't want you to over do it. Your picture is very pretty by the way! SWBT |

I have the Biggest Loser wii game, and it makes things harder as you go along. It's worth looking in charity shops too, I've picked up some bargains. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I chose to swap. Done the DVD everyday of March except for one so far, of which I did 40 minutes cardio instead. In that week I have managed to loose 4lbs. I think it was definately the right choice. The DVD is intense, fast, motivating. Its not a DVD that drags, the sections are over very quickly and the time really does fly. It is fun and very rewarding. Tough at times but definately worth it =) |
