I like the step programme that lets me watch TV while I'm doing it!! I do that for half an hour most days and then I'll do 10 minute hula hooping and every other day or so I'll mix up the opsticle course, boxing and some of the others!! I feel tired after doing it but I'm yet to see any real results.

I try to at least do the body test everyday, I can't do with the little board getting an attitude asking where I've been! Ha! |

The inches are coming off, and I have collar bones again - amazing!
