    I love the wii fit!! I like the step programme that lets me watch TV while I'm doing it!! I do that for half an hour most days and then I'll do 10 minute hula hooping and every other day or so I'll mix up the opsticle course, boxing and some of the others!! I feel tired after doing it but I'm yet to see any real results.

    I go on my Wii Fit around 5 times a week for just over an hour. I try to at least do the body test everyday, I can't do with the little board getting an attitude asking where I've been! Ha!

    I love wii fit! i use it for at least half an hour every day, my fave is the free step for half an hour while Im watching a dvd, I use weights as well for my arms. The inches are coming off, and I have collar bones again - amazing!
