    OK.....for those starting on monday, I chose medium intensity and this is what the set was

    Walk & run (long)
    Squats
    Run (medium)
    Boxing (with wii board)
    Alternative bicep curls
    bent over rows
    Inline skating (with wii board)
    Alternative side lunges
    Squats
    Alternative Bicep curls
    Boxing (with wii board)
    Bent over rows
    Alternative side lunges
    Inline skating (with wii board)
    Front shoulder raises
    Run and walk long

    Target 116.1 calories burnt
    So there you have it ladies.

    Can I suggest taking your measurements? I lost 2" off both my waist and hips the first challenge I did! I wish I'd done my knees and thighs tho cos they totally altered shape.

    I am having problems doing the workout. It doesn;t seem to be picking up when I am doing lunges and squats
    anyone else having problems?
    Wondering if the bar thing that you put on top of tv istoo high as my tv is on the wall.....very frustrated
