as i have rather large flabby knees (well large legs, but especially the knees) and i would like to know what the best exercise would be to loose this.
i have a cross trainer, would this be the best form of exercise?

I am the same! Want to loose the flab for going on holiday in august so i can wear skirts/shorts. Any advice would be great...

I've always had big knees today but they're definitely disappearing as the weight comes off.
I think you need to do squats and lunges to tone up the quads muscles at the front of your thighs, but ultimately it's fat burning cardio that will shift the flab.
I do a bums tums and thighs class on a wednesday nite, im hoping thats going to help from now until august...

I done 3 sets of 20 squats this morning before I got ready for work! lol
Going to try to do it every morning to help me along the way!
