I treated myself to the Biggest Loser game for the Wii earlier in the week, and almost pounced on the poor postie when she delivered it this morning. Ripping open the envelope, loading the game, the obligatory weigh-in and height details entered, chose my trainer ... and we're off! I've been using Wii fit plus for about a month and love it - and had worked up to around 90 minutes exercise a day ... but I couldn't even manage 12 minutes on the Biggest Loser without collapsingTo add insult to injury, apparently I only burnt 19 calories
Wii fit aerobic games give me at least a 60 or 80 calorie burn for the same length of time, and feel a lot easier. Something is definitely amiss! Having said that, I loved the Biggest Loser, and will see where I get at the end of my 4 week challenge
