Apparently that's 494 calories today! I'm not sure if I like exercising in the morning though.....I was absolutely starving and in desperate need of protein after my first session. I bought some chicken; luckily I over cooked it so it was inedible and by the time I looked at the burnt offering, my hunger had passed - a new diet technique perhaps - burn all your food! lol
