Rep Power: 0  | Vibration Plate Users? I had a nasty car crash earlier this year, my car was hit and turned over). I am still recovering and having regular osteopathy, but am limited with what exercise I can do so getting very frustrated that weight is more than creeping up on me again! I have been reading past messages and some of you have those Vibration Plate machines, just wondering how you are doing with them? Do they work? I was wondering about buying one, so thought I would pick your brains a little before I ask my lovely man to buy one for me. Laine |
