    am i over doing it?

    Hi guys

I have recently decided to up my exercise to shift my weight as I really dont want to be in a position where this time next year am still going on about loosing weight - my schedule is as follows:

Sunday - 45mins Spin Class followed by 45mins Zumba

    Monday - rest

    Tuesday - 1hr Spin

    Wednesday - rest

Thursday - 45min spin followed by 45min Aquafit

    Friday/Saturday - rest

Am I trying to pack too much in or would you say am on track?

    That's great.
I'd say you aren't over doing it, but as long as you enjoy these exercises then you should continue to do them.

    Hi

I think that sounds okay to me. The only thing I would maybe think is that you are doing too much on the Sunday and Thursday - could you not maybe drop a class or two on these days and do them on your rest day?

Other than that - well done you for being so motivated!!

thanks guys for your feedback - appreciated. i'd love to spread my classes out but with 2 babies its a bit hard and those are the only days i've got sitters.

thoroughly enjoy those classes esp Spin but is finding a new love for Zumba!!!!

Hey hun, if you feel okay doing this much then I think its just fine. However if you are having troubles keeping up or feeling unwell afterwards then your body would be telling you that its too much.
Don't push yourself too hard and keep doing just as much as you can manage without making yourself feel unwell. I think you're doing really well cramming all of that in, just make sure you look after yourself! x

I don't know what Zumba is but I would suggest slipping in some weight training as well for a more balanced work out.
