Hi everyone
This may sound a bit daft but I have slowed down the gym and added in exercise classes (like bodycombat). The problem is I have totally flat feet and pronate (rolling on the outside). Does anyone know which cross trainers are best for this as I have done a few classes in standard cross trainers and my feet kill me!
I know its a long shot but if anyone knows it will be someone here!!!

or my alternative is my old dance trainers but i think they can only be bought from the dance specialist catalogues
shame they dont do Nike! ima nike addict and only buy nike gym things! :P
