Has anyone tried this? Am thinking of starting this up..


its a 'diet' and exerice program, also a competition thought up by Bill Phillips. There's a website aswell, should come up if you google body for life but the basics of it is, you're supposed to alternate 20 minutes of pyramid cardio sessions with weight training and in tweleve weeks you should see huge changes in your body... some of the transformations on the website and his books are amazing
