Yeah of course hun, I was just gonna answer you in the other thread and suggest that you still joined us! EA is a good workout, I might try the 30 day challenge soon!
I'm trying the low insistency level first then move up. Its 16 weeks till my big trip to oz so guessed I could do it at least 3 times over
