    what dvd!

    im hearing a lot about this 7 days shread..what exactly is this?

    i fancy some dvds,thinking a Davina McCall one..not sure which one?

    i want something thatst going to,obviously work but isnt going to kill me...ive got a really bad knee and need to be careful with what im doing,i cant do anything thats jumping around or running on the spot etc, but i can adapt certain movements to make the comfortable..

    i cant spend ages doing it, no more than an hour..

    any suggestions?

    I have the Charlie Brooks Before and After DVD which is really good. I was doing this for a while and enjoyed it but then found it getting a bit to easy.

    I've just bought Davina Fit which is really good but a lot tougher. There's a bit of jumping about in it tho, but you could adapt it to suit yourself and they show you easier versions of moves.
