Boxercise is so much fun but sooo exhausting. I used to do it at my gym too. Quite tempted to order the Shred, everyone is going on about it!

I went to a BBQ today and ate loads of lamb and ice cream (but fortunately no bread, just a bit of pasta salad). Didn't have time to exercise properly but I did mess around on the bouncy castle for 20 mins, practicing my somersaults. It was pretty tiring, so I think it counts, no?

Hiya all boxercise is enjoyable as well as tiring cuz it's like a mini circuit training to in between every 10 minute boxing madness with your partner.. I hate the squats and lunges then run down the other end of the gym and the same again... Lool

    Well done girls!

I went for a 6 mile jog today (63 mins) - it's a hilly course, and I felt exhausted but thought I had to do something to remove the guilt from yesterday's binge...

Plus I'm going on holiday tomorrow for a week. We're going to Berlin, and the kebabs there are soooo tasty... *drool*...

    SL xxx

PS: I was thinking of chickening out of the run, but then I remembered this thread, and wanted to be able to put something. Yay!
