ooooft. the first pump class back as thursday and my ache was that bad no one could touch my back without me yelping in pain. got a lovely massage on saturday night and its soothed it

my workmate keeps asking to come to aerobics with her, ive done that before and i hate it. i dont feel its hard enough so im reluctant to go again.last time it was on i peeked through the door and no new routine, just new music. safe to say i wont be going back to it x

last night I did 40 minutes of lengths at the pool (always lose count!)
Today I did 60mins of cardio at the gym and then some light weights.
Starting Weight 14st 8.5lbs
Current Weight 14st 2.5lbs
Height 5'10

I'm seeing a trainer later to get a new programme. I think I'm gonna ask him for something really intense, circuits-like: I am a bit bored of long stretches of cardio intervals. I have been good so far this week:
Monday: Circuits and ab attack core strength class.
TUESDAY I was going to the gym but ended up spending a monstrous 12 hour day working, eek! Patient emergencies etc.
Wednesday I went to body pump. Later in the evening, I rode my road bike into town (13 miles), had dinner at a friend's house, watched a movie and then took the train, which still involved a good 25 mins of hilly cycling. Pleased with that!
