    Just got back from my kettle bell class so 50 min
    Yesterday did 10 mins kettle bell abs, which in my defence is worth 100s of sit ups
    I lost over 3 1/2 stone in 6 months with slimmimg world (and still maintaining), and dropped 5 dress sizes with my body magic kettlebells

    Kettle bells in my opinion are the best body shaping exercise you can do you get cardio and strength training all in one. It's a ball with a handle, you normally only use one, and it works the butt of you lol

    They have kettlebells in JJB I was thinking of buying some the other day until I realised they do a class at my gym.
    The other place I tend to get alot of my exercise equiptment off is Amazon.
