    im working my way back into the exercising. At the moment im doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (im on day 6 at the moment). I used to exercise a lot more when i started my journey.

    Today so far ive been shopping an walked around my town centre when i brought my 5lb dumbells so made sure i bought them first so i was weight training at the same time

    Ive heard about the 30 day shred.. seems good, but i dont have much space in my living room for work outs..your dumbells carrying is a good idea lol..!

    Ive just emailed 2 personal trainers on the net hope to hear from them soon.. x

    i dont have much room either but all u need is room to do jumping jacks and lie on a matt for ab work. im loving doing it now. x
