im working my way back into the exercising. At the moment im doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (im on day 6 at the moment). I used to exercise a lot more when i started my journey.
Today so far ive been shopping an walked around my town centre when i brought my 5lb dumbells so made sure i bought them first so i was weight training at the same time![]()

i dont have much room either but all u need is room to do jumping jacks and lie on a matt for ab work. im loving doing it now. x

I'll join in too, if that's ok! I try to do a little exercise every day, but it can be hard to get going if you've had a busy day and it's raining outside!
Today I went for a looong walk in the countryside: 4.5hrs. VERY tired now!

Level 1 day 2 of 30 Day Shred & 50 minutes walk. Just got back into exercise 2 weeks ago and really want to continue. Being sedentary & eating carelessly made the lbs pile on!

ive walked to the shops this morning, and back again. ive done some housework and ive managed to to do two loads of washing now too. im just doing some measurements and then going to do the shred before by boyfriend gets back at 6. xx
