    Lightbulb Back fat.

What is the best way to lose inches on my back? I am a runner, so quite toned from the waist down, and my abs are OK, but my back is very flabby and I wanted to tone it up and lose a few inches. I'm normally a size 12, and when we ordered bridesmaid dresses for my friend's wedding I ordered a 12. It fits perfectly everywhere else BUT my back - the zip doesn't do up the last inch. The wedding is the 1st October. What exercises can I do to lose weight on my back? And is this a reasonable amount of time?...
    Thanks in advance!

I started doing kettlebells 3 weeks ago & that has really helped me tone not only my back but other problem areas too. There is a great thread on here 'Secret to Shaping up' that is really worth having a read through
