    Cutting out Bread and Potatoes

    Hiya
Can anyone give me some advice as to whether its a good idea to completely cut out bread and potatoes in order to shift my excess weight.

Has anyone tried and tested this and if so can you give any ideas on what to replace them with.

    Thanks for your support
    Kerry

I've not tried it, but I can't imagine it's very healthy for you at all, and once you re-introduce them to your diet the weight will jump back on.
