    Don't give up. Go the slowest that you possibly can whilst still jogging if you get what I mean. It's all about gradually building up your endurance. You will be able to do it if you keep trying!

    Cupcake, did you try Day 1 again? I hope you got on ok. x

    I did week 6 day 2 today & I found it the toughest yet (2 x 10 mins & 3 min walk). I don't know why but I always find the weekend runs the hardest so I'm really hoping Tuesday's 25 min will be ok. V scared about it but will try my best.

    You'll be amazed, I promise you. You can slow down as much as you like but you'll find that if you don't stop you'll manage it and wonder why you were worried!
