    For me today - one hour belly dancing, 25 mins in the gym and one hour zumba. Think i might have over done it - a bit achey! so perhaps a day off tomorrow

    Hi everyone, well I did my 5k run/jog/power walk in 45 mins on Sat.I did no exercise on Sun..Was on Just Dance 3 today for 2 hrs. Thanks for the well dones, next month i'm upping my target, as I started half way through this month and thought I wouldn't be able to do many hours this month.Can someone update my time for me please, thank you.x.

    Well I did 1.5 hours of badminton last night before I injured myself (think I have torn a muscle around my rib cage area!). What an idiot I am. Nevertheless did 1.5 hours of walking today just so that I could reach my target - I will not let this stop me!
    So got some diclofenic from pharmacy in the hope that I actually get some sleep tonight.

    Have really enjoyed this challenge and hope we can have a similar thread for February.

    Well done to all and especially those who exceeded their target.




    • 1 March 2011 - started VLCD BMI 37.2
    • 19 October 2011 - total weight lost 4 Stones and 4 lbs (including holiday breaks when I was off diet)
    • 1 January 2012 - restarted having put on some weight Nov/Dec 2011 and have now set a new target to get to a BMI of 23
