    Level 2 is easier in day 3 but it kills the front of my thighs!
    I love it tho, level 1 was a challenge then got easy! So level 2 prob similar! Dreading level 3 haha!

    I am loving my toned arms tho!

    Yes I made sure I did 10 days! But the last few times was a breeze!


    I want to get her cardio work out, I imagine that is super tough

    Also I gave my body a day off when t was getting too tired, as using the same muscles each day was proving difficult! The day off did a lot of good!

    Yeah I'm having a rest day today. I also fit this in around the gym so don't always do it every day but am looking forward to looking back on my progress pics. Did you take yours at the start and end of level 1?

    Nope wish I did!
    I did level 2 again today for 4th time but went at it like a lunatic! After 20 mins I felt physically sick lol!

    Normally I do it full out but don't push myself that hard!

    So after 2 weeks I have noticed muscles in my arms for sure ( I haven't done any weights at the gym, so this is purely the DVD) and also my stomach feels stronger! I am getting nicer legs but had been running also!

    It's great that you're noticing the changes though!! I did day eight yesterday. I still cant do the side lunge but notice that I'm getting stronger at the rest. Looking forward to moving up to level 2 now. Have taken my pics though and hoping that I'll be able to see a real difference when I look bak at the end of the 30 days (although that'll probably take me 60 fitting it in with the gym etc lol) x
