Level 2 is easier in day 3 but it kills the front of my thighs!
I love it tho, level 1 was a challenge then got easy! So level 2 prob similar! Dreading level 3 haha!

Did you do ten days on level 1? I pushed myself through day six last night. Body didn't want to play!!

Normally I do it full out but don't push myself that hard!
So after 2 weeks I have noticed muscles in my arms for sure ( I haven't done any weights at the gym, so this is purely the DVD) and also my stomach feels stronger! I am getting nicer legs but had been running also!
It's great that you're noticing the changes though!! I did day eight yesterday. I still cant do the side lunge but notice that I'm getting stronger at the rest. Looking forward to moving up to level 2 now. Have taken my pics though and hoping that I'll be able to see a real difference when I look bak at the end of the 30 days (although that'll probably take me 60 fitting it in with the gym etc lol) xOriginally Posted by sushidoll85
