    PT tomorrow and very nervous

    I have an appointment with a personal trainer tomorrow and I'm very nervous. Haven't got a clue what to expect. Anyone give me and hints and wish me good luck lol x

    GOAL: GET TO 14ST 9 (10%)
    GOAL: GET TO 14ST 4.5 (2 STONE)
    GOAL: GET TO 13ST 12 (UNDER NEXT STONE)
    GOAL: GET TO 13ST 11.5 (35LBS)

    fantastic - well done on getting this arranged, but what's key is your goals. be specific, set timeframes and numbers.

    e.g.

    1. lose 10lb in 8 weeks
    2. run 5km in 25mins by end march
    3. lose 3 inches off waist before easter

    etc..,

    know what you can commit to - time, £ etc..,

    Well I want to lose a stone by Easter, be able to run instead if walk and be able to fit into size 14 tops without having to try then on first and see how tight they are Xx they seem impossible lol

    One word .......OUCH! oh my god I feel like my bodies going to break into pieces

    its a start...how often are you using your PT? what did they get you doing?

    Twice a week for 30mins each time. I did ky own cardiovascular work, Ye had me doing legs, bum, tum, arms, hips. Aching!! X
