    Fed up now.......

    I've been ill since Saturday. Decided it was a good idea to stay away from exercise, especially since I caught bronchitis a few years ago and ever since whenever I'm ill I end up with it in my chest.

    Totally fed up though with being ill and not exercising. Was thinking that I might put my ipod on and go for a walk later but it's pouring down with rain here

    Rant over!!!

    had to rest after injuring my shoulder, hated resting for even a day. instead of having the rest i just did all low impact and anything non shoulders!

    Totally know the feeling rachel! I had pneumonia as a kid and have had chest issues every winter since! Maybe try doing some strength exercises like squats and situps rather than cardio as this wouldn't get you out of breath and you can stay indoors! x

    Good ideas! Never thought it would be something I'd miss!!! Off to the doctors today anyway to see if I can shift this :-(
