    Ok my update on kangoo!!!
    Absolutely brilliant high impact but you don't feel it do much due to the springs on the boots... It's a lot of kicks ,jumps and jogs.. My face looked like a massive tomato by the time we finished very hot and sweaty hahah
    Feel brilliant now and apparently it burns up to 700 calories!
    I will defiantly be going back..
    Feels strange when you take the boots off!
