    DUMBBELLS!

I'm a guy, and I've found dumbbells to be a great way of doing some exercise whilst working at my job (web developer). I've got some heavy ones for standing up and bending knees exercises that can really help abs and thighs, not just your arms.

There's tons of videos on YouTube detailing dumbbell exercises you can do, so I really recommend it :]

Hi there, do you have any suggestions for adjustable dumbbells? I'm currently using kettlebells but also want to incorporate dumbbell workouts

    Thanks
