Last year i got a salter mibody scale. Does, weight, body fat, body water, bmi, bmr, muscle ratio etc etc.

I think the important thing to remember is that these type of scale are never 100%accurate, but it will give you a good indication of what the current situation is!

I've been very happy with mine, I went for these because you can export your details onto a pc via a USB stick which was included. Helps me see what I was and where I am now without having to write it down! The results, particularly weight have always been consistent

I have that one too, was half price in Argos
I like it and use it once week to get all my stats, seeing the track on the graph is really good
I lost over 3 1/2 stone in 6 months with slimmimg world (and still maintaining), and dropped 5 dress sizes with my body magic kettlebells

I've got it too I think it's great. I got it for around £20 a couple of years ago at Debenhms. The only downside is that it takes quite a few batteries and the screen is not very bright, so I always use a lamp. Aside from those minor points it's fab!!

I agree with lose2win, the screen isn't so bright, think I've just got used to it though!
